Heath Galloway is the President of Galloway Construction, Inc. He began his journey with Galloway Construction over 20 years ago fully dedicated to excelling in high-quality construction projects. He has managed the construction process from retail commercial to high-end beach homes. Heath has a true passion for his work and the relationships he builds with each team member and every client. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.

Crystal Millender is the Chief Financial Officer of Galloway Construction, Inc. She joined the Galloway team in 2018 after graduating from American Intercontinental University with her BA in Accounting. She has been in finance and accounting for over 16 years and currently manages all financial and office responsibilities with Galloway Construction. Crystal was born and raised in Wakulla County and enjoys the beach, football, and spending time with her family and friends.

Jerry Baxley is the Pre-construction Manager at Galloway Construction. With 35 years of client relationship management, he brings a wide range of experience to help each client bring their ideas and desired designs to reality. Jerry helps us focus on setting and meeting expectations throughout each project. Jerry and his wife, Shelley, have found their slice of heaven along the shores of Apalachicola Bay. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and being on the water.

Tim Anthuis is a Construction Manager at Galloway Construction. He brings over 40 years of a wealth of experience built by overseeing residential and commercial projects that includes highrises, hospitals, hotels, schools, retail and restaurants. After vacationing in the area for many years, Tim and his wife built a vacation home that became their permanent residence sooner than expected, allowing the opportunity to join the Galloway team. Time with family and friends, fishing, boating and his twin grand-boys are at the top of his priorities.

Chase Galloway is a Project Manager of Galloway Construction, Inc. He began his journey with Galloway Construction a few years after graduating from the University of Mississippi with a Business degree in 2015. Chase brings his skills of design and leadership to the Galloway Construction team. In his free time, he enjoys all sports and spending time with his family and friends.

Billy Campbell is a Project Manager of Galloway Construction, Inc. He was raised in Atlanta, GA and came to Franklin County in 2000 when he started his journey with Galloway Construction. Billy has a BA in Accounting and over 40 years of in-field construction experience. Billy brings his skills of craftsmanship and leadership to the Galloway Construction team. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and custom woodworking.

Jr Lolley is a Project Manager of Galloway Construction, Inc. He has 22 years of construction experience with Galloway Construction and served 14 years as a Captain for the Eastpoint Volunteer Fire Department. Jr. brings his skills of organization and leadership to the Galloway Construction team. Jr enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.

Jesse Cardwell is a Project Manager at Galloway Construction. He began his career with Galloway Construction in 2016 after 10 years as a Correctional Officer with the state of Florida. He brings his skills of Leadership and the drive to give homeowners the level of craftsmanship and quality that they desire . In his free time he and his family spend their time growing in Christ and enjoying the outdoors.
